Becky has been making this pie as long as I can remember. It is another easy recipe. Let us know how it goes for you and your family.

Ingredients:

• 9” pie crust
• 1 small box strawberry jello
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• 3 Tablespoons Corn starch
• Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
• Whip cream “optional”

Directions:

• Bake crust.
• Mix Jello, sugar, and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
• add water
• Cook until clear and thick
• Add Strawberries and pour into pre baked pie crust.
• Chill in refrigerator
• Add a dollop of whip cream
